Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to create responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages using modern web technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services as required.
• Ensure website security, data protection, and best development practices.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
• Perform website updates, backups, and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in website development or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
